Without normal tissue from the same organ, LB2 cannot tell cancer-specific genes from genes that simply mark the organ, so these cancer types were left out:

UVMUveal melanoma (79 tumors; no normal eye tissue)

Acute myeloid leukemia is not in this set: its TCGA samples are blood-derived rather than solid primary tumors.
